This service includes a 2-3 hour property survey followed by a detailed report with key recommendations and actions on how clients can stage their property themselves for maximum effect.
Part-managed
For clients that desire to be involved as much as they can, yet have limited time and expertise to do it all.
We will work according to your desired involvement and will handle the rest.
Fully managed

After surveying your property we will provide a report and a design scheme suited to your budget. We will arrange and manage all necessary trades, purchase and install all furniture and furnishings as needed to professionally present your property in the best light – as first impressions really do count.

Seeing their home for the first time, we were most impressed with its beautiful and stylish presentation – internally and externally. When we complimented Siobhan, we learnt that she did it all herself as she is an interior designer. Had Siobhan and her family remained living in Cape Town, we would have definitely recommended her to our clients (both sellers and buyers) and friends.
It is most commendable at how well Siobhan presented their home at a time when there were many properties for sale. Due to Covid there was such uncertainty and buyers wanted to make very low offers as a result. The couple whom Siobhan sold to came to our first showhouse viewing. This was then immediately followed by a lawful lockdown where no open houses were allowed. Hence, that very first open day resulted in being crucial and the way the house was presented not only made it a cut above the rest of the other properties for sale, it also achieved multiple offers including the asking price.
