This apartment had been rented for 18 years and was in poor condition. Many repairs were needed and services bought up to new safety standards.
We arranged and oversaw all of this necessary work, meanwhile once we had researched and identified the most likely target audience, set about painting, decorating and styling the property appropriately. Upcycling some of the clients existing furniture assisted to keep costs to a minimum.
I can’t believe this is the same property, it’s completely transformed. As an overseas investor, Becker Interiors expertly managed the whole process, relieving me of the time I didn’t have to get the property ready to sell.
